Kiters can go for it if thats what they like, but it still remains that the footage is bloody funny and kiting has taken a blow (excuse the pun).

I fail to understand what makes some kiters with questionable attitudes (is that the answer?) come to the windsurfing forum and tell us that kiting is better, when the topic is about how a kiter got slammed into a wall and made to look silly in front of all the beach and all the viewers around the country. I'd be quiet if it was a windsurfer who suffered something like that.

Nothing against kiters who are good people...

USER is a nob, wish it was him getting smashed against that hand rail..

wish the vert ramp was still at bondi, the kiter could have been really extreme and poped a real air out of it.. he was heading that way...

but footage, funniest s**t ever...

We don't have to make a pilgrimage to Maui or Gnaralloo.

Thanks god for that... It's crowded enough at Gnaraloo as it is... as a matter of fact I think they should ban kiting at that spot as well.

Yes they are all rejects from windsurfing, they could never go fast or bust a loop, instead they now faggydangle and pose and think there so amazing, the great sport you can learn in one day ???

Well I just thought of one 'tampons'

The reason us kiters dont look stuffed after a 2 hr session is because there is just soooo much adrenalin pumping from boosting.

Although you guys wouldnt know because you probably dont get adrenalin rushes anymore once you hit 50.

Give kiting a go before your 3rd hip replacement gives in and its too late.

Although I do agree with waveslave, its already too crouded with learners out there.

Good winds poledancers

Just had a quick visit to the Kite forum to do a quick body count after yesterday's mahem.
They're up to 9 pages now which is 3 more than yesterday.
There are bodies all over the place.
I didn't see the Forum Administrator over there tidying up.
I wonder where he is?
He must be off on a mission somewhere.

Nahhh, better not.
Every time I go on a social visit I seem to accidentally say something wrong and upset someone,. and it all ends in a bit of a blow up.
I don't know what it is. They just misunderstand almost everything I say.

Yeah but I'm just an old person with glasses.. You wouldn't hit a guy with glasses would you?

Also I have this terrible allergic reaction to physical abuse and pain. My eyes start to water and I can't see who I'm hitting.

Heavens no Stribo!
I was over there and saw all your posts and I thought they were sensitively and delicately worded so as not to cause any offence to even the most critical reader.
I'm totally at a loss to understand why they didn't have the calming effect that you so obviously intended.

Its pitifull that Windsurfers have to put up videos of Maui to try and show some good action!

They worship at the altar of Hookipa and Lanes, then go to their local flat spot,or 2 ft mushy waves and bog in and out.

The difference with kiting as that the exciting moves can be made on any day over 12 knots ! We don't have to make a pilgrimage to Maui or Gnaralloo.

This forum is about the human slingshot getting dragged out of control into a wall not about you and your worship issues with great windsurfing spots and exciting moves.

I don't mind most kiters, the main concern I have with kiting is the getting dragged into a brick wall part and the other people that can be harmed if in the way, that’s why maybe there should be a kite zone so people know not to swim or watch out for human slingshots.

windsurfers can be dangerous too if we go flying through a crowded area of swimmers we could hurt someone. We try to stay away from people and most of the time I find they try to swim near us or through the line of where we are sailing for some stupid reason, I'm sure kiters get that too.

User, you probably think everything you do is the best however this is the windsurfing forum and we all love windsurfing here so your wasting your breath with your kiting is better and exciting crap now pull your board shorts up over your wetty and get out of here.....JACK ASS!

in the year 2010 kitesurfers (...can'tsurfers) will realise that they can just tie their strings to a high branch in a tree and pull off all the tricks just dangling from the bar!! "Hey dude man i did 1000 spins today!" ...
