Great Stuff Scotty!
I've just lost 20Kg in just under 10 weeks - not gone hungry once and not done anymore exercise then normal (surf 2 -3 times a week!)!
My surfing has improved beyond belief, amazing how much easier it is to paddle and get into waves 20kg's lighter!
Good luck on your journey, its worth it!
Give me detail.
What did you eat ?
I'm on my 5th day and have def lost weight allready.
1st weigh in on Monday morning.
I just got home from work and had 2 vitas wheat type biscuits with sliced tomatoe and homous (I am aware this has a touch of fat) but better then butter.
It's all about changing habits, substituting foods and being realistic.
It has to be a lifestyle change and not a short term diet.

Scotty, I'm on this amazing cleansing program that removes toxins from a cellular level which allows the fat to break down easily. Also changed to the Paleo way of eating (same as mentioned above as Primal) - basically no wheat, sugar, dairy or crap that is not real food. Just read the label of ingredients of stuff you buy and make an informed decision of what you put into your body! I use a 80/20% rule on this, meaning I still have some things that are not strictly Paleo like parmesan cheese, gluten free spaghetti etc - just very little of it! Just Google Paleo ? there is a ton of info and recipe sites.
It's a life style change, so you need to find meals that you like. I found that getting much more organised with meal planning is key to staying on the straight and narrow. For lunches at work, I make big pots of curries and stews on the weekend with huge amounts of vegetables. Buy the takeaway containers and freeze portions, then there is no excuse to buy rubbish!
Also, don't focus on losing weight, focus on being healthy and the weight will automatically come off as a side effect of feeding your body healthy food. When you finished a meal consciously think about how the food made you feel, are you feeling bloated, lethargic or good and full of energy, this will help you work out what foods are best for you and your portion sizes. it's a process that takes time but is worth the effort!
If you interested in the cleansing program, pm me your email and I will get my wife to contact you with all the information.
Cheers
