Why is it so important for the Government to deliver a surplus next financial year when it was apparently of no importance that they delivered giant deficits for the last 4 years ?
To pay for stuff In the last 4 years they have not had to pay for stuff, as Howard paid for so much. Kinda like moving into a share house where the previous tenant bought quality stuff and left it behind as they are rich.
