Has anyone been down yet? The wind is mental here atm really mental. So if someone can post or send me a txt to let me know if it's worth The drive. Looking at going just before lunch. Tide should be perfect

Just got in was there at 6 to meet chrispy and boofy but could not find them I was on the Splice today,chrispy 3 foot at LM just downed a coffee at LM's new coffee hang out.
Its really starting to brew now got in before the real smashing starts.

4 hours in total @ LM then the G was on,stuffed only real surfers out today bit of size about it

**** you make me laugh Mac, I drove down at 5.30 and it was packed then so drove further down copped wind swept 4 ft and bigger washing machine and got beaten. Got out defeated as I could padde no more.
You would not have been able to sit out wide today and hide in the crowd. 4 hours of coffee. And watching surfers, well I believe that . Tell me another surfing story of your best wave you got. Will make me feel better at how badly I did

Well one wave,nah

Was out at 6.30 not crowded,caught about 5 waves,the sweep was hard work,I was doing the walk of fameand watched Vanders paddle into a bomb bottom turn and heads for the lip smacks that then got shot by the sniper Lacey was hanging around the park giving free surf learns for anyone interested,mainly Vanders and I,we had a coffee listened to more LL surf tips and paddled out at the G where I got a few good ones.

me, i was to scared. .


wasn't big by any means, full as a boot, really bad current not that that's a worry on 666.


didn't interest me one bit but the boys were pumped and keep doing circuits.

i did do the longboard thing and have a coffee.


mac and vanders two of the best surfers on the day.

One thing Ii forgot to mention as we walked to the point we saw one of the best sup longboard surfers in Australia on his longboard get one behind the rock on a bomb and got the barrel of the day.

Had a pretty good morning, it was hard work with the sweep but first session before the coffee break was good for me, after not so much.

It was good to catch up with Lacey & thanks for the tips mate.

We were surprised as mac said how few people were out when we got there but the numbers slowly increased throughout the morning. Any time surfing's a good time, thanks boys!

Couple of photos of Parko today just after our coffee,Matt surfed at d-bah and took one shot then drove around to snapper and took another shot, parko and fanning were out,they paddled around

Deafening silence....

I'm only getting rare opportunities to get in the water these days and usually at the last moment -but have enjoyed following you fellas here.

Sometimes that filthy four letter word gets in the way of the mid week surf.
