I hear ya....looking forward to sharing a few waves with ya Boofy - at long last! Maybe a beer or 3 as well I love Byron. Sometimes I want to move there and other times its nice to just have it as a place to visit twice a year (always out of season)....each time we are there we weigh things up and wonder if its worth making the move......and each time we decide it snot quite worth it............its always fun deciding though!

Wonder if this time will be any different? Probably not .........


Mate maybe 20 years ago I would have contemplated moving there but now IMO it has lost a bit of its soul getting in and out traffic is a nightmare. I love the surfing setup there midweek early. If you were to live there surfwise I think the crowds and tourists would drive me nuts there are so many more perfect little off the track spots.

sets a nice 3 ft or aboout or over head high for sure- nicest waves for me since easter good friday high noon

I laughed when I read 1-2ft with little power. Might check the beaches down your way then. butt straight Herr atm and straddie loss like pm on a weekend

Looks like it Wii be another surf up Here in the arvo if you slakos are keen. Some nice banks and will be perfect for the longboard. Points look like a lake so make a effort yeeew

went surfing on my 12'6 dc cruiser, thats dc not mctavish- yes, hard to believe but there is more then one brand in australia. surf was picking up on every set
