to be honest TB I believe that this sort of behaviour would fail the pub test and hence should be more than just banned. Its a shame that professional sport has gone like this but I guess its inevitable with all the cashola on the line and people doing anything they can to win.

If you look at surfing it would appear that there is no real drugs policy - the real reason they do not want one is for recreational users not performance users! Classic Not that I condone the use of illegal substances in anyway. Under the new agreement next year this will probably change.

I think due to the drought the Indians are facing at the moment they are in plague proportions crops have been decimated sad really

Not a team anymore.....no depth in the top order and bowling stocks are low. Sadly its been almost predictable this fall from grace as not one player from the Sheffield Shield has been banging on the door too let them play - especially on the batting side of the equation. Gone are the days of blokes scoring loads of runs for 5 yrs first.....there was a good article in the Australian from Gideon hauge this morning that summed things up nicely I thought especially around the fact that everyone plays age group cricket all there life and not with the real men! Also I think from last count 34 people have played for you this summer alone - thats appalling. The bloke who got the big score for india on debut in the first innings is 27!!!!! Played lots of first class cricket.

Sad but true.

You know deep down you want to back the Sea Eagles. I was surprised that Melbourne's no name forward pack did such a good job last year and got them through, I think they are the team the beat, Cam Smith is the best player in the game and as along as he has Slater running off his shoulders they will be hard to beat.
