. I just finished a 6 km walk without pain and its not even a week since the proceedure, so I'm feeling pretty positive. Hopefully we'll catch up soon and talk about your successes. Have heaps of fun and catch you in the over 50's next year!!

Hopefully I heal at an extraordinary rate and I get to take you down the coast mid winter. Don't worry Matt, will protect us older chaps. I'm still not sure why he isn't at least having a go at the surfing section?? Family commitments I think. 
Cheers and catch up with you soon as I'm allowed to drive. By the way Frenchy, Raff's is any of the carparks, beachside on the OG side of the Barwon River bridge. The second has the best waves on a Westerly, the first carpark is closest to the rivermouth. Hope that helps
