Ahhhh, so it really isn't about size or liters.... it is the added quirkiness of the sharply drawn in nose and curvy outline.

If you are fine with your Mana, then I bet the 8'10 Creek would give you reasonably similar stability and paddling characteristics.... but with a ton more performance and you won't pearl.

The 8'10 Creek numbers are pretty darn close to the 8'10 Mana's ,
At your weight, I'm not sure that you would benefit from 5 liters one way or the other, since 126 Liters is a solid target volume for you.

YES.... Bert will make custom alterations to any stock design for a modest fee.
Possibly $200 additional, but don't quote me, as I am not sure.
It's won't break the bank, if you decide to go that way.

Actually, there is a huge difference between the LE32 and the Creek, from the handle backward.
The Creek has a "bump down hip" at the channels.
This is where the magic of the "Speeed" tail kicks in.

Yes, the Creek outline looks a tad short, but I only have the bottom outline, so it would look shorter than a top view... I tried to adjust as close to actual, but still more for seeing the added stability in the nose.

The speed / creek tail (pulled in with channels) and higher rocker is where it's at for high performance waves.

My custom Creek (9'0x 30.75x129L- i'm nearly 110kg dry) is a weapon when waves are OH. I do feel that my Creek needs to be right in the pocket to really shine - as in it needs push in the water to boogie. (I'm using 105 sides and 94 centre fin). Snaps are super quick. Paddles really straight (which surprised me).

IMO, The flatter rocker and wider tail / hip of the flow suit fatter/ smaller waves, or if you prefer surfing the shoulder more than in the pocket.

So I guess it comes down to the conditions and style you prefer...

i like my 130 flow ...but find it a little wide in the pocket ,,so looking for a similar 8'10 size but better at shaper turns and a bit more bite
a little less literage would be good ,but not too much less ..the 125.3 litre sounds great and the narrower width ..my main concern was the tail
i need it to sit down .just watched a vid and it said the tail does sit lower in the water than the flow.so good.

i have a flicky style ..but also like to slide ..i have never ridden a speed ,because ,i'm not the best at using boards under 30 wide .30,5
is perfect for me .

yes the 8,7 will go .a bit to small for this 98kg kid ..i did give it a good go ...but there was too much swearing involved.

i also have been thinking of the 9,1 acid .126 /30,5 or the new flash .8,9 ..but then again the flash @ 122 litres ,is similar low volume like the 120 flow ,

i think i'm getting creekie so need a creek.8,10 .
