Those nav lights are for steaming only , Ill have mast lights on a different circuit while under sail and anchor.

Why are you so convinced in getting mast head lights ho2 none of my yachts have had mast heads....the less crap you have going up your mast the better I think!

Thought I had to have them south ace

I would not like to have the leds I have now higher on the deck so the light wont effect my sight at night and reflection of the deck

Fridge mechanic came back to check how frudge was going. He found two bliwn fuses on my battery charger.

Started fixing down the stainless sheet also moved the stove forward 50mm
. The back part of the sheet will be fixed down tomorrow roughly where is . Ill make a sliding bench top that can slide over the top of the stove when not in use.
I reduced the width of the sheet by 10mm to give me room for a 12 mm ply bulk head on the left hand side . Ill make that up during the week and epoxy it in place.

The piece of wood in front of the stove will be replaced with a some stainless steel tube probally with wooden blocks either end and Ill hold it together with some all thread







Wired in my ST2000 and took the boat for some circle work in the marina to calibrate it seems to work fine . Had not had it out of its box since I bought the boat.
I have to dissemble my alternator as it does not have a W wire for a Tacho sensor unfortunately . I have to solder a wire on to one of the fields windings

Well bugger me, not literally.
I washed the sheets and bed linen. The head no longer has 'that sort of smell' . I cleaned the holding tank pump. I abused the boatie in the next berth for being a worthless so and so because he didn't like me running my motor to charge my batteries. Apparently he had no experience with dealing with north Queenslanders and fled to the safety of his cabin. I might be hearing from the marina manager in the morning but seriously, If you come on with strong language I would think you would be able to back it and not go and hide in your cabin like some pussy fxxxxx wimp.

Can't you charge off shore power? I don't blame him - I find it annoying in a marina too, when someone runs a motor for hours.

New hatches and all windows replaced, electrical fault finding continues new B&G radio DSC fitted AIS installed, new aerials installed, grinding rust off deck very busy.............

you will have to put a hold on the beer till your finished white out should look good when your done nice to see some blue sky mate thanks for that

What do you intend to use the space under the bench top behind the stove for and is there a reason why you can't sit the tank in there below bench level

Ill take it down to the boat see if theres room Donk I want the area behind where the cupboard was for crockery but thinking about it cups could be behind the tank with out interference perhaps

Does any one think there maybe a safety issue with having the Kero tank close to the stove











Dish tidy Id like to make full width , behind the stove, so perhaps there would be room available Donk . I could make it to fit cups behind the tank so removing them would be ok. So Cups to the left dishes to the right when I make the dish tidy.
Ive seen and use a a few metho stoves with the tanks fitted to the stove and Kero is not as volatile.
