Ever seen a Harley from a bikie gang getting stolen????

Didn't think so, because they know that if they chance it and they get caught ,they will pay dearly

Those kids don't give a damn, they are ready to cop the slap on the wrist from the coppers and have a judge send them back home to mummy after their 14th offence.

Hurt them real bad and they might start reconsider if it is worth the risk.

I had him cornered and he seemed to be cooperating with me and it was while I was on the phone to the cops that he tried to run past me, hence running into my right boot and fists that happened to be in his way. Can you believe that one of his excuses was that he thought it was his friends flat so he came in through the window. And at court the judge asked him why he took my stuff and his lawyer answered for him saying that my stuff was much better than his so he felt envious. How pathetic the scum still got away with it.

Where's that piccy of the cop with the radar gun with all the victims of different crimes and the slogan " Speed in NSW and your screwed, commit any other crime and you'll probably get away with it"

Actually its not the cops .They actually do give a damm and like nothing more than to put assholes away,
its their political masters who have quotas to fill re traffic infringement revenue and courts that make it totally impossible to nail crims ,which is magnified but not enough cops por rostering and a mountain of parework to get through.
An ex cop was telling me about this little mongrel that they had endless problems with and got the usual slap over the wrist by the courts .on this visit to the court they had him in there for a number of charges including indecent language (he told the f'n c%#t pigs to f off off and leave him alone and that he done nuffin wrong).the well known magistrate said that surely in this day and age the f and c word is used in common language (eg tripple J ,gordon ramsay etc) and dismissed the charge .
She asked the clerk to call the next case ,the clerk went out but didn't come back for a while ,she asked the police prosecutor to see what was going on he said 'well maybe he's f%#ked off for some lunch or somefin your honour" ,which brought the court down...

Okay, whatever with regards to dishing out summary justice or not, you guys can argue that out. But, for those clearly less educated it isn't the "cops" that give them a slap on the wrist. If everyone is Pi$$ed with the punishments dished out then your problems are with the courts.

Oh and those that get their gear stolen and are again pi$$ed off cause the cops, "so called" or otherwise, can't magically create evidence and have offenders materialise out of thin air. Get a grip. You've all been watching too much CSI and believing that cr^p. The ignorance and lack of comprehension of legislative requirements by those of you bitching is in this case quite amazing.

Hmmmm obviously alot of people pissed off with a system that seems to be more concerned about slapping the wrists of offenders (with the 'best intentions' of course ) rather than looking after victims .

Perhaps rather than setting up lynch mobs this could be a good rallying point for something like 'kiters aginst bloody pilfering bastards ' and form a lobby group to point out to our pollies that petty crime (well in the eyes of the courts ) has had its day and that a better way must be found to deter and punish theiving mongrels

.Ok ok maybe my thoughts are a little alturistic but enough is enough .ive had my car and kites pinched and torched ,my kites pinched from my home and shop ,my shop broken into 4 times ,windows smashed twice and backpacks in the window pinched and I dunno about you guys but I'm bloody over it!!!

I've had my house broken into once before while i was home.
The next few sleepless nights allowed my imagination and creativity to run free.

If i ever catch someone in my house again (at night), this is what i'm gonna do:
Tie him up (well).
Drag him to the back of my ute and throw him on (all this with a poker face and no words spoken). maybe a punch or two for compliance.
Throw on a jerry can full of petrol.
Throw on an axe.
Throw on a shovel.
Drive him out towards the hills somewhere, and then go off road a little bit so that he can see the trees and knows he is in the middle of nowhere.
By this stage he should have crapped himself so hard that he's becoming inside-out, so i would just dump him off the back, loosen his ropes and drive myself home.

Very shortsighted to gloat over this young miscreant being beaten up by a vigilante. Next time its not some punk caught red handed but the punks mate hanging around the carpark. Then its someone who looks like they are going to hang around the carpark, then its some one who looks different to you, maybe a different skin tone or dresses in a manner you think provocative. I mean they deserve to be bashed don't they cause they dont look like us.
And on the other hand will it solve the crime problem or will this punk arm himself with maybe a small knife for protection next time, then when your girfriend or mother or even you surprise him at the car there will be a bloody mess and all because violence doesn't solve the problem, it simply aggravates the problem.

Myself I do absolutely hate it when things get stolen and admit that my immediate reaction is to join in with the lynch mob mentality. Fortunately where I live the car can be left open with valuables lying around with little risk of theft and no risk of violence.

where do you live? If you've got wind and waves ,not too far from snow , can leave your car unlocked I'm moving there .

I actually lived in a town in Wyoming in the USA where people left their car running to keep it warm in winter when they went shopping(mid 90's).We never locked the house/car ,great sense of community .I stay in touch with people there and its still the same

I have had my car stolen, dismantled, and all of the bits sold on, fortunately I found my wheels on someone elses vehicle matched the serial number, went to the Police and they basically told me to take the matter into my own hands.
Cops can't magically create evidence eh??? I suppose your gonna tell me all Cops are straight down the line, upstanding citizens and their ** doesn't stink either. When did you join the Police??? Your defence of the Police in this case is quite amazing.

None.

The Legal system work???
yeh it works for the crooks, they all seem to get off with a smack on the hand an a telling off.
Bring back the Biff
Come on Austrailia grow a moustache take ya skirt off,etc
A good smack around the chops does wonders an saves a schit load of tax payers money going thru the court system.
In some countries thay chop your hand off for stealing.......

Interesting you should say that .I was chatting to a bloke in my shop the other day and we were talking about vanuatu and what a great place it is .he was telling me that a lady in their group had her bag snatched by a kid .The cops got him and asked the lady to identify him .She did (They all looked pretty similar to me when I was there )They then asked her to come to the station with them and the kid and they dealt out the justice by chopping off all his fingers right in front of her.

I should add that the lady pleaded with the cops not to do it and was severely traumatised by witnessing their swift justice (not to mention the trauma to the kid).It is there culture and it seems they have zero tolerance to theivery from tourists .

Unfortunately our culture has been tolerating petty crime ,graffitti, vandalism for too long and we now have this situation .Again rather than lynch mobs, form a lobby .I am sure that most kiters, surfers ,beachgoers hope that their car will be there in one piece with their stuff still in it when they return. This is unacceptable and we need to join together and let the authorities know our displeasure .
I am writing to AKSA and suggesting they team with surf assn's,surf clubs and so on and hit the pollies and media hard and demand change

My personal choices:
Shoot him, then there can be no next time.
or
Cut off his hands, hows he going to hold a knife?

You say not to do anything because it might escalate? Welcome to your own cesspool that you have created by letting these ****s get away with it in the first place.

Spot on.
We used to have a problem where i live with teenagers and younger kids mugging drunk men on the way home from the pub, to solve this problem we set up a trap and beat the crap out of these little f#ckers. Never had a problem since. You gotta learn your lessons, sometimes people need an update on what respect is.

Its a sign of a failing legal system thats desparate to help rehabilitate people that are beyond help. They cry in court and they get away with a slap on the wrist. They need to make sure that if they are too young to go to jail, the community service order is long and hard enough that they don't want to do it again.

Failing that, beating the crap out of them is always a good way to solve the problem independently, but you always take the risk of getting sued or finding yourself in trouble with the law. I stand by my statement I made in another post, leave a half jack of whiskey in your car laced with some horrible laxative or something that will be enough to put them in hospital...if they are dumb enough to drink it, then you'll find them in a hospital and its easy to find the bastard. If the cops complain, you can always claim you use the mixture to help clean crap off your board.

Ahhh yes that old Seabreeze chestnut..

Someone (Sandgroper) offers a different opinion than others - based on his OWN experieance - and every kn SB tossbag troll comes out to play with witticisms sparkling with originality such as HTFU.

Geez - the guy was ripped off himself, (unlike most of the cut-lunch-commandos mouthing off) so you'd think some cred might be payed to his opinion. Not likely here...

What makes me laugh the most is these abusive trolls that shout down any other opinion are the same tossers who scream "No more rules or restrictions!!!"

Sad and pathetic. Good effort groper for not letting a sh!tty situation burn your guts out with stress.. [}:)]

Funky, you are WRONG.

If you had carefully read this thread, you would have noted there were only two posts directed at Sebol that were possibly "trolling", "abusive", or in any way "shouted down". Both of these were from TOAD. Unfortunately, TOAD does not constitute "every kn SB tossbag". For example, whilst I may be a SB tossbag, I am not TOAD.

Others were simply commenting on Sandgroper's opinion.

You are also wrong, because you are defending Sandgroper, but he has exhibited the same behaviour you complain of.

If you carefully review his post, you will see:

1. he is the one who disagrees with the opinion expressed by the original poster, Sebol (not that there is anything wrong with this); and

2. he refers to Sebol's post as "crap" and suggests he, and others "get a brain bozos".

Perhaps you would like to reflect and come back again in another few months.

DISCLAIMER: I do not express any opinion on the issue of whether car thieves should be beaten. I am a firm believer in having an opinion, but not when that opinion is based on incorrect facts.
