Thanks to everyone who turned up to the ballot, enjoyed the Peroni and BBQ and general banter!

We received 150 entries in total this year, same as 2011.

The successful (and unsuccessful) and 10 reserve entrants will be emailed over the weekend with further details.

Sorry! Regrettably, you did not secure a position in the 2012 Red Bull Lighthouse to Leighton on Saturday 15th December 2012.
We received over 150 entries this year. Please, do come along on race day, we would love to see supporters on the beach at Leighton and be sure to enter for 2013.

If you would like to volunteer to help at Leighton or Rotto (with free ferry travel, a great day out and tickets to the after party for those who go to Rotto) with competitors, your support would be welcomed for launching/ landing, many thanks.

Succinctly…

All 110 competitors can expect an email in the next 24 hours explaining the following:

1/ Thanking you for your race payment.

2/ Limited Edition L2L bag tags will be mailed out to your supplied address by Friday 7th December.

3/ Your kites and boards will be required to be dropped off to Rottnest Express Terminal, 1 Emma Place, North Fremantle (Rous Head Terminal) on either Thursday or Friday 14th December. Full details to follow.

4/ A reminder to purchase a PFD 2 or 3 prior to race day and test/ train with it on, Kite Addiction has plenty of suitable PFDs, super comfortable!

NO PFD – NO RACE.

As well, checking your equipment (i.e. foot straps, fins and lines) are all in excellent working order, PRIOR to race day.
