You can almost imagine the discussion in the design room..

Another strange thing. I'm agreeing with 555.

The KA had an old pushrod "Kent" engine they slapped injection on.

You obviously have never driven through the suburbs in Geelong around the Ford factory. If you stop at the lights too long your precious Ford would be up on blocks with the wheels missing
