For the cultists or the warmists employed or connected to this scam- nigh on impossible.
That big fancy SUV on the driveway is one big carrot. Then there's their big monthly mortgage payments.
For others though its just the pure propaganda they cannot see thru.
For many others its emotional. Cannot come to terms that the mainstream narrative is simply wrong so they go into denial or cognitive dissonance.
Late 2019 anyone........all CONveniently forgotten.
Don't worry about that Elmo, this Freo is somewhere over east apparently, "...Fremantle tide gauge station is located on the southeastern coasts of Australia ..." A good example of when a lack of basic fact checking and review undermines 87.2 % of the credibility of the paper.
Southeast... southwest, its irrelevant when the Earth is flat.

and all the excess water just goes over the edge
There is a simple explanation as to why the Fremantle levels are rising.
It's a port which has picked up more trafic, more and larger ships the greater the displacement of water, same as when you get into a bath.
Once the port is built at Kwinana and shipping no longer uses fremantle the levels will go down.
Simplez
The displacement effect on sea level is obvious from Fremantle. When one stands high on the mainland coast, Rottnest is clearly visible; stand on the beach, and it is swallowed up by the sea level change. Simplez.

Ahhh, that's so good. Just like the old days.
Not quite beLIEve though.
Seabreeze is largely about weather and climate. Things that are measurable with calibrated instruments.
Here's a random thought.
It was definately a lot warmer 6 months ago,
Globule warming must be bollocks
Here's a random thought - their predictions from what was it 50 years or so back have turned out to be bollocks.
But i should continue to believe their lies. See below.....
As Earth.Org sea level rise projections show, Bangkok is at an extremely high risk of sinking mainly due to ocean thermal expansion and ice melt. Combined with the predicted increase in the frequency of extreme weather events, one-third of the Thai capital could be completely submerged by 2050 and up to 11 million people displaced as a result.
Here's a random thought, no scientific predictions from what was it 50 years or so back have turned out to be bollocks.
So many stories recently in the mainstream about how out going out in the heat or sun can harm you. Coincidence lol.
At Wimbledon especially seems more reporting about players and fans suffering some kind of heat stroke than the tennis.
Just read another article about how a 15 year old suffered heat stroke and organ damage after going for a run in 20 C. Whilst unfortunate i am sure there were others factors like dehydration etc
What kind of message are they sending out - do not go for a run in 20C conditions?
Do not go for a brisk walk or any walk in 20C conditions?
The sun is bad?
From the news article, "There, doctors confirmed he had suffered liver and kidney failure, a severe consequence of exertional heat stroke (EHS)."
From, Nature Reviews Disease Primers 8 (1), 8, 2022
"In the past two decades, record-breaking heatwaves have caused an increasing number of heat-related deaths, including heatstroke, globally. Heatstroke is a heat illness characterized by the rapid rise of core body temperature above 40C and central nervous system dysfunction. It is categorized as classic when it results from passive exposure to extreme environmental heat and as exertional when it develops during strenuous exercise. Classic heatstroke occurs in epidemic form and contributes to 9-37% of heat-related fatalities during heatwaves. Exertional heatstroke sporadically affects predominantly young and healthy individuals. Under intensive care, mortality reaches 26.5% and 63.2% in exertional and classic heatstroke, respectively."
Sun is lame-arse weak. I heard that just immersing yourself completely in water can kill you in minutes.
Mate they're adding that dihydrogen oxide to our food! Look at mortality rates from people who eat too much
Just read another fear article about the current heatwave across Europe.
Mapped: The hottest locations in Europe's 46C heatwave after two die in Catalonia wildfire
They are claiming Frankfurt will reach 40 C but when i looked on weather.com.au the extended forecast for Frankfurt only shows a highest max of 31C for the extended period. What's 9C difference between friends?
Similar with other claims of other capital cities across Europe.
Lies upon lies upon even more lies.
Getting hard to keep up with them all.
Cold deaths vastly outnumber heat-related ones

This might help your sorting of reading to trusted sources:
Locally, SBS news always does well when assessed on their factual basis and lack of bias.
www.sbs.com.au/news/topic/world
Otherwise, the IFCN (international Fact Checking Network) has a list of the global signatories here:ifcncodeofprinciples.poynter.org/signatories
You could try DW for Europe (e.g. www.dw.com/en/heat-and-drought/t-19024671)
And if you are really interested in trust and news issues, the Uni of Canberra does an annual media survey:

Hope that helps sorting the wheat from the chaff for you.

Thanks for posting that. Very interesting how moderate cold (not extreme cold) is the killer wherever you are in the world. The temperature vs mortality graphs for the different cities were a bit of an eye-opener as to how badly some cities, eg Paris, suffer in the heat due to a lack of air conditioning.
35C is now the new 40C for some on here. We live in strange times.
My first google search today.......Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany Weather Forecast | AccuWeather
28.....29....24.....20....20.....24.....26
Not seeing anything around 40C - but for warmists these small details mean nothing.
So, sorry if I seem a little confused here but just to clarify...
Everyone is in agreement with PM33 then ? Frankfurt didn't hit 40 degrees, the actual forecast wasn't for 40 degrees and any media claim of imminent 40 degree apocolypse was a beat-up nonsense ?

I can understand that you are a little confused (again). Critical thinking requires underlying intelligence and some education. Not everyone is endowed with with these gifts an opportunities. But don't be disappointed, there are many other activities that will give you a positive outlook on life. There's Wordle, Sudoku, even macrame are seen by many as productive pursuits.
Meteorological experts make predictions about weather to keep people safe.
"In Germany, extreme heat warnings remain in place for large swathes of the country. National forecaster DWD expects temperatures to reach 39C in Berlin, Hanover and Colone, while Frankfurt will reach 40C." (my emphasis).
"It is quite possible that we will locally reach 40C," a DWD spokesman said."
"Preliminary data from the German Weather Service (DWD) said the western town of Andernach in western Germany reached 39.3 degrees."
"Parts of southern and western Germany have recorded highs above 38C, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). Cities including Berlin, Frankfurt, and Cologne have issued heat alerts, warning vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and those with chronic illnesses, to stay indoors during peak hours."
I guess you are disappointed Frankfurt only reached 38 degrees instead of the 31 degrees pcdefender claimed had occurred.
But don't let your "little confusion" distract from pcdefender's lack of understanding about exertional heat stroke; that he seems to have moved on from.
