I know I've been wondering what they would be offering besides the 93cm and finally found out today.

They are releasing an 80cm, 93cm, and 101cm (I think 101, not 100).

As someone who has been using the 85cm, I decided to go ahead with the 93, should have it in the next two weeks.

Thanks for the heads-up! I was hoping for another 85 mast as it seems a great winging size. I'll probably go for the 93 too. Post up a report ASAP pls! Any news on the MA foils as well (sizes and when available to order)?

I'm pretty happy with these sizes. Proning today for the first time in a few months on a 72cm, I realized that it's just too short for waves over waist high (at my skill level at least). 80cm seems like a good upgrade, as when I tried 85cm previously it felt a hair to long. I'm not going to personally buy the 80 for some time.
For Wing, I've also got the 93 on order as well. I recently got my 100cm back in the rotation with the 925 and 725 for the first time and had a blast. Set a personal best speed and had a ton of fun dw bump riding in chest high tightly packed swell. No chance of a breach. The 93 with the stiffer build, faster, and better turning section, should be the Goldilocks! It will also open up better control of the 925+ wings.

and with the Alchemy adapter, 1 mast to ride with other brands too, no need for cedrus or nolimitz now.

Has anyone used the Alchemy adapter with Takuma, is it good?

@Oahu: Perfect. I'll get the 93. I'm on Maui. Is there a dealer on Oahu that's taking pre-orders?

Hawaiian Watersports in Kailua should have another one coming in.

Yeh that's it. The 72 can be too short in certain codnrions unless your a gun - and the 85 (which is all I use) whilst great to wing - is difficult to keep it high enough for power when pumping.

Just picked up the new mast this afternoon from our local shop. I put the 93.5 beside my 85 V1. Mast bolts now M7. Looking forward to getting this on the water.

Interesting that the M7 countersunk bolts don't have the titanium load spreading plates any more.

Is it thinner or thicker than the old one?

Definitely don't need a new mast, until I saw it and as if by magic I really need a new mast.
Guess the 95 would be a replacement for my 85 winging.
Apart from the shape and stiffness benefits it looks like it will mount the foil just that little bit further forward in my Patrik AIO which would be nice, and hey it's cheaper than a new board, maybe.
Is the change to 7mm because there have been issues with 6mm or just making the assembly stiffer I wonder.

Received mine. My caliper isn't Very deep, but upon comparison, the front of the new mast is thicker, but the trailing edge is thinner. Measurements taken around an inch deep.
the 935 is 1 lb heavier than my 85 (inside covers).
She's a beaut!

Can't wait to receive my 935. How's the tolerance with the fuse?

Mine fits insane as well. The stainless torx key with Armstrong is the best part of the kit so far. I had scowered the internet for one a while back.

Great. Thanks!
Foilnut: I received similar screws with the new WKT board. The rainbow color is know as neo-chrome and acquired when the SS screws/nuts are plated with chromium through a process called physical vapor deposition wherein titanium dioxide is used as a photocatalyst. The end result is improved corrosion-resistance and (probably) impact-resistance.

Thanks! The standard Armstrong T30 is pretty mediocre. I've been using a PB Swiss Tools T30 key--best on the market, IMO.

The rainbow screws also came with the WKT board. To my understanding they are stainless steel screws with a titanium coating that is anodized. This will prevent any coloring/staining of the stainless steel on the carbon.

Plus they look great! :)

I've heard feedback from a few riders and supposedly the mast is much more efficient moving through the water thanks to a very refined section. Like if you dive the mast deep, the drag doesn't really increase much. Also more forgiving on turns. The better section also allows for easier takeoff in lighter winds.
it's not just a stiffer mast, you will notice it when going staight supposedly. Hopefully will be riding it next two days.

Yeh I remember the meeting we had with armie and he was trying to get that across. Just making a mast stiffer is only a small part of the design objectives.

I pre ordered the 795 too but where I am no news about the MA wings. So finally which sizes will be available ? Do you have the specs? (Area and span).

Not sure to be honest. All I know is the 1000 is kinda your 925/1250 - 1225is kinda like your 1550 V2. So we are using that to gauge what size to order.

we saw in the flesh a 1225 and it had more surface area than the 1250 when overlayed onto it although there has been like 3-4 prototypes since then think.

600/800 as well. I know Oskar has mainly demoed the 800 at his light weight.
