wow!

that looks so different. last time i went there we were launching straight into a shore break. dave banged a mast first run out.

looks great now.

i think we'll still get on that beach break at high tide , but certainly great having gutter back

Hi Haircut, I was at the dawn service on Sat at Currumbin. I can't be sure but it looked like a Nor Westerly would work really well there. Have you ever sailed there in the westerlies?

Many moons ago we used to sail Snapper in the westerlies...

Not great, lots of surfers, average wind...but a nice park to rig in. Can't imagine anyone doing it these days, way to busy with the superbank and all.

i'm pretty sure that's not an option as the break is a right hander.
