I just played on one of you guys trying to start a conspiracy that I was someone else , so I had a bit of fun with it.Before that all my comments have been serious.

Even with very low numbers of kiters locally I have seen many of the crazy moments that must happen at beaches all around Australia. Luckily though I am yet to seen any injuries or anything worse than minor equipment damage so I remain alert but not yet alarmed by these new beach going buddies.

The two main difficulties are being able to guess when a seeming in control kite situation is going to turn bad and then where the kiter and his equipment are going to end up.

My current solution is to be like Peter Sellers in the Pink Panther and expect the unexpected.
