Mac - yr car will make it - just take it slow the last 5 km. Alternatively leave yr car at Crescent for the w/e and I will come and pick ya up. My beast can drive that road without me - knows it very well

any car will get down the road from crescent caravans boats trailers all go along it
half of it is sealed
just means when you get to the dirt you have slow down and make sure you take enough beer so you don't have to do a beer run back and double the trips

My plans always get stuffed up, but for now, it was my intention to depart at around 3am on Thursday the 1st and get there for a late morning surf.

Just set up my smal tent and stay until Saturday midday, then pack up and go to woopi and try for an Arvo sesh at the big A.

I'll then leave woopie on either Monday or Tuesday to head home.

Like is said, most of my plans never seem to work the way they're supposed to.

I will be there with bells on so look out!

Clearly if there is an east coast low or something similar developing I will pull the pin. Other than that there is no reason I will not be making the journey.

And please don't let those malicious stories that have been circulating regarding our last trip put you or anyone else off.

Particularly the rumor that after midnight on Friday, Ted climbed up on the roof of the amenities block, stripped naked and started to dance around whilst performing a stirring rendition of "Scotland The Brave"

No mate my wifes folks owned a caravan park way back for 25 years and there's no chance of getting my wife to ever camp sadly,that photo was taken at flat rock on our annual fathers and sons boardrider club trips.

Was riding it sideways on Saturday. The waves were so weak and slow tat there was not enough speed over the fins to keep it straight. Thinking bout LM this Saturday. Who's up?

shame its not this w/e as it could be pretty nice up there....are you doing a coast run this w/e SP? I have to visit my second home tom night otherwise I would be doing one.

probably be too big and too south unless you want to brave the outside point and the current is nuts when its over 6feet..there are other options!

Yes I concur...SP and I were using secret code for a place south of you actually - a spot that involves the clubbing of certain fat blubbered warm blooded creatures
