Post some "Powerful Hack" photos here!!

I may be wrong but I think this shoulder has dropped a bit...

you are wrong. geez guys you got to look carefully his shoulders are square across his body.

cmc as explained it better than me- again

drop that shoulder forward/ down and you have jut screwed up your rotation and extension out of the centre point of the turn.

you simply cannot move back and forth, compress and extend, rotate with your body out of it centre axis

gee i have never changed sides with the paddle. too weird for me. i'm too busy rotating my body position to be changing paddle sides.

to me its a comp thingie that says you have to do it, but it throws out proper recognised technique.

when guys put the paddle on the inside of a cutback 9 times out of ten they also drop their inside shoulder which is not good imo

Sorry, referring more to the paddle switching on the cutback. Looks like when the good guys switch sides they can get more on rail at slower speeds and helps to tighten the turn using the paddle. The shoulder seems to drop right into the turn. Each to their own, always feels funky trying the backhand paddle switch over.
Good surfing on the video too!

I seriously feel the Hobie CM models are absolutely under rated. Even the short models carve. I would be stoked to own the 8'9".

Oh, I am going to avoid the paddle issues. After my recent posts on Keahi most of you know where I stand. If someone would be nice enough to loan me the CM or even a Raw would be happy to prove the point.
