I can't understand the red thumbs either....sometimes, no matter how helpful a person can be, people will stir the pot because they take joy in it. Even though this is a public forum, and in the grand scheme of things means nothing in our collective lives, it's still hard not to get offended by ones and zeros...

Epuc Infinity? Anyone tried it?

Sometimes you just piss one or two guys off with one comment or one thread. Then they spend the next week or 3 going to your profile, then to each of your comments, and spending their 10 reds per day. I have one or two doing too at the moment. Best just to ignore and they'll get bored. Get upset and they'll get excited and keep going.

Funny thing is radman, your green thumb actually put a smile on my dial. Omg my mood is now dictated by the thumb.

But probably just had one of the best kites of my life, right up there, in exmouth, not at the usual, wave spot. A local told me another so I can't say. Big long flat water section s before the ramps, turtles, went out a kited around a whale breaching, by myself though would have liked to share it with one or two, but still awesome. Enough flat water sections to keep developing my looping etc, yeh just had a ball. Waves weren't as good a the usual spot we all go to, but good enough.

So all is good at the moment a great kite and a green thumb. Yeeha.


Oh yeh that was after a surf, my first try on a SuP( bloody harder than it looks), and another kite and the picture postcard sandy bay. But I get bored quick on flat water as I'm not keen to crank out the handle passes and stuff. Also took my 4 yr old boy on his first kite board ride on the sector 54. Was really not graceful, gotta work on my technique. Eventually had kite bar in one hand and the kid in the other! Oh well he's got a taste of it now. Watch out.

What ya weigh ezza, if ya a heavy bloke PM Puertz, he knows a lot about Dynos. I liked the one I was on 16m, but mmm slow. Typical north feel, nice and direct.

There is a post on kiteforum, goes for a while concerning 15m light wind kites. I'd check that out.

The infinity gets good reviews. Yeh I'm with you though, don't want a race kite. Hence the lithuim.

I really like it. It does what it needs to do. One needs to ask how much better it can be in light winds?

Of course some crew would disagree, but it's more ride down the line, meditative stuff for me. Save my bacon for a 10 or 9m. That's how i see it. Below 10 knots, I'm SUPPING (now) or surfing or diving for crays! (although starting to get a little tentative about this...for obvious reasons).

The core LW is also another meduim aspect kite, that pulls etc. A lot out there man. I reckon stay with the lithuim, but if ya want to sell it, let me know, my bro is chasing one. He saw me out the other day (I didn't know he was watching) and phoned my babbling something about how bull**** light it was and can't beleive you were in the waves and I fkn hate you....the usual.

Nah Dyno not ya kite at that weight in my opinion. need something more nimble. Infinity get you out in a sparrow fart.
