The way I see it; all strapped riders give way to strapless riders

I wonder how we can get KA to run with this and get it into the kiting regulations? Start a petition, or protests at major beaches in each state? Something needs to be done. It's getting out of hand.

its a group of people currently demanding 300 odd dollers for anyone that wants to enter a competition. but there looking to charge 300 odd dollers for anyone who has a kite and also charge another 1.3k to anyone who wants to teach kiteing with a further 300 or so bob fee again to hold that made up accreditation every year after

and ill eat my hat if they dont try justify all this costs with a free monthly magazine where whatever silly toffs sign up with them theyll advertise there school and location and equipment in there national magazine

Each to their own. You can rip on a different board, create your own style

Funny thread,

Seriously....Nothing more frustrating to kite an epic spot in WA....... and find the strapless kook falling in on every second wave and then body draging around trying to get his board back. At least the twin tipper will get the message.

Theres a few guys around kiting waves on twin tips, make strapless riders look like lame ducks every day.

So Surfing Boy, its all about timing, especialy when it comes to traveling around the world or just the West Coast

What about all these square nosed vanguard style directionals that are popular these days, the shape of these boards is alarmingly close to twin tips, surely these need to be banned as well or perhaps just heavily restricted to those that hold an official licence to be a strapless legend
