Is the meme in breach of Seabreeze rules? If so how should we punish him?

From what I've seen, the moderators, just ban you without any explanation.
I'd be inclined to issue a warning, explaining exactly what was wrong, and ban you next time.

I don't object to the post itself even if I don't like the humour, but it is a repeat and was already posted before.

It's very dark
There are one heck of a lot of women throughout Europe who would have been glad to have had pepper spray. Or a Derringer.
It was meant to be provocative. I plead guilty to using humour to draw attention to the fact that there is a downside to immigration of the nature that exists there.

what if his partner was the doctor and they were role playing?
i was once drinking playing pool at a backpackers and this weird skinhead dude was ranting about someones parents not being born there or some weird imigration **** and i was just kinda like drunk and like woooahhh ooookayyyy looking round at everyone and were all just like what the **** is going on
anyways he walks off cause the crickets were deafening him and soon he did i just straight up said to the dude he was haveing a spack at and said hay man i in no way condone or agree with any that racist **** and the indian dude laughs and goes oh dont worry he does that all the time hes my boyfriend
i couldnt ****n believe it thank **** there was half a dozen other people there to witness all this anyways turns out white skinhead dude is straight up racist and the weird indian dude he was fighting with really was his boyfriend and thats something they were into ill let you use your imagination on that one.
anyways
skin head comes back and notices the atmosphere has considerably changed
now at this point i wasnt sure if the indian dude was lieing and a straight up genius or what but skinhead bounced old mate soon followed
a week later old mate indian dude ended back at same backpackers and legit told me it was all true etc we were ****n howling laughing apparently the skinhead dude had awkwardly been trying to like recruit a bunch of the backpackers etc and everyone told him where to go
anyways
i think your making alot of assumptions about this ai doctor and his ai patient
besides theyre meetings ment to be confidential if he could loose his ai doctor licence
