This is a US report from 2010 on the VAERS database reporting on drugs and vaccines. The authors note that, " New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed. Barriers to reporting include a lack of clinician awareness, uncertainty about when and what to report, as well as the burdens of reporting: reporting is not part of clinicians' usual workflow, takes time, and is duplicative."
It has nothing to do with the TGA DAEN and the 140,997 adverse events reported for covid vaccines.

Sorry I am not sure whether this was an answer to my post. Just in case it is, I did read it and couldn't find the bit that is like '1984'. Possibly I have misinterpreted the text, so I need your help to find it. A link would be great, but even copy/paste will do. I did assume you meant G.Orwell's 1984, so please correct me if I am wrong on that count.

Yeah, that blood donation thing is dangerous! I have found in the past that I have felt slightly off the day after, and somehow felt that I caught colds easier (although this could just be the lacklustre feeling).
Just last week I was complaining to the nurse that my left arm felt cold... which was meant to be a joke as they pump a bag of saline back into you after they strip out your platelets or plasma. It spends an hour sitting there at room temp and makes your arm feel cold when they pump it back into you.
I think I am lucky though. They tell me that some people have smaller veins and sometimes reactions to the needles. Hardly a big problem though going by the number of people you see in there donating and the lack of problems you hear about.

Ah that makes a bit more sense. Maybe he didn't read 1984 or the WEF website either, and was just reposting something he saw on his Google curated MSM.
I think Pete struggles with 3D, his best mode is 2D, much like we struggle with 4D our best mode is 3D.
I just read an article about "0" our brains also struggle with that, it takes a while before kids brains can process it, and it was only a few thousand years ago, that humanity came to use it mathematically I wonder if that's somehow related, to Pete's struggle with understanding simple logic.
Evolution is a big part of it. Children have evolved to be gullible. They needed to believe everything they were told by adults without finding out for themselves lest they get eaten by a crocodile. Almost all kids grow out of the gullible stage.
CT loons don't grow out of it, they believe everything that suits their way of thinking and don't know how to rationally investigate anything.

140,000, you just won't let that go. I doubt you have the mental capacity to search the DAEN, but I do. Around 20,000 reports were "sore arm". 33,500 reports of "headache". 30,000 reports of "tiredness".
Tell us more about the relevance of drug/vaccine reaction reporting 17 years ago in America.
I have listened to numerous interviews from people working in the medical field and they all said it is very time consuming. 30 minutes to four hours.

Why don't you validate you claim by making an honest report? If you really have not been vaccinated, make a report with a friend.... just don't keep making stuff up. When I made my report I was honest and reported a sore arm and aching joints.
As discussed earlier, IQ distribution is set so that the mean, median and mode are all 100, with a standard deviation of 15 to either side Yes I am a little higher than that. But critical thinking and IQ are not the same thing
