Had my board on the back of my dual cab doing 100km/h and the tie down strap end/excess went inbetween the cab and the tub it wound around the tail shaft and pulled down causing the strap to pull through my board snapping it clean in half

So do I fix it myself ? I do have experience in glass composites, or do I send it away and get it professionally fixed for the 3rd of the price of a new board??????????
If I fix it myself the board would only become my kids/small day board. Ive advanced past the board anyway and I was in the process of getting a new one!
