Yesterday I bought some racks for my new car and also lashed out on a new Kialoa paddle...and today I got to test them out..

Does this car make my board look big?....At least I don't have to hang a little red flag off the end..



I use these nifty foam blocks on my racks..These are version two..The old ones would blow off before I could get my board on..These stay in place..





This is my new KIALOA paddle..It's the first paddle that I've found that's long enough for me..at about 88" long..It's one of the lightest..and the best part is the thin shaft..squashed rectangle shape in the center area..and very thin towards the T grip...It also has the best flex that I've used..and feels very powerfull...It's definitely the best paddle that I've ever used..Yeah I'm a happy chappy..







Today John came over to St Kilda beach to paddle with me...He came in his boat.....Check it out...Nice or what..

He had his Kalama SUP in the back..Dropped it off in the water..and paddled with me for a couple of hours on perfect glass...
