The 16-6.50x8 2ply tyres, where did you find them?

Hi Guys.
I am doing some research before starting on a blokart using a 14ft windsurfer sail, and the beaches where I can use the kart have slightly softer sand than I would prefer, without traveling more than 2 hrs to an ideal location.
I have found some wheels, produced by www.wheeleez.com in the states, which seem to have very little resistance to roll, particularly for soft sand. Has anyone come across these and/or attempted to use them with any level of success? or can anyone see a problem that would suggest these wheels be a waste of money, and recommend something more suitable.
