Well done getting the 2020 model iSonic 67, I still have mine and it's one of the best boards I've sailed - heaps of range and super fast!

I am using a Select VMAX 35Cm for 7.0 and a Select VMAX 37Cm for 7.8
I am 80Kg and sail with SV Overdrives

What is your fin range?

I was using a 41 vmax in the vid ,but it was super flat ,but 38 Drake is the main fin ,but I'm 101 kgs so heavy on the foot your fin selection sounds perfect .I now would like a 98 liter for when it howls ,maybe next year

Those fin and sails sizes sound good.

I'm using the following sails and fins and am around 95kg (with the 7.0 being my preferred sail):
