That loop clinic vid is interesting Gesty. They forgot to put the sock on the mike though. Its interesting that Matt doesn't mention pushing the rig across your bod before sheeting in like Jem does.

i'm not sure about the jem hall vid but....
from my limited experince trying loops i think the pritchard idea of pushing away with the front hand is the go.
otherwise you will do a nose first endo.

pushing away with the front hand i think makes the rotation more horizontal and less prone to hurt

however, not quite there so others with more skill may know
