Synoptic Situation
A trough of low pressure is approaching SW Queensland. A new high is expected to
form in the Great Australian Bight today and push a vigorous S'ly change
"southerly buster" up the New South Wales coast during Sunday. This S'ly change
expected to reach Point Danger late Sunday morning and move rapidly north to
Double Island Point by the late afternoon. Expect SE trade winds to persist
following the change for the outlook period.
Strong Wind Warning
Double Island Point to Point Danger, including Moreton Bay.
Expect S/SE change 25/30 knots extending northwards from Point Danger Sunday
morning and reaching Double Island Point by late Sunday afternoon. Sea: rising
to 2.5 metres following the change.

i will be there around 10.30 to set things up and if it's windy i'll be looking at getting on the water as early as possible.
high tide is around noon so bbq and lucky draw etc will be mid arvo. depending on the wind. ![]()
