Hey Wollemi, maybe time to either pull your head in or have a large cup of HTFU!!!
If you hadnt already noticed Windsurfnsnow is the only dedicated watersports store in Sydney and as such they do a great job promoting all kinds of watersports.
They do this for free, mostly on weekends and the logistics of organising and transporting gear across Sydney is not easy. Then after everyone goes home they have to derig all the gear and drive home.
Maybe instead of complaining about aircraft noise and shouting at young kids who will be the next generation of windsurfers (we need all the help we can get with this) you could appreciate the effort that goes into days such as these.
You couldnt get a more easy going, nicer bunch of people from the shop.
You are probably from the generation of people that expects everything done for them and then if its not up to your standars you whinge and complain.
The windsurfing community in Sydney is pretty close knit so if someone has a Windsurfnsnow T-shirt on it doesnt make them staff. Its called promotion of their business. Communication is a two way street.

I did get alot out of the (free) sessions, thanks - but nothing is said about my observations?

As has already been said it takes a lot of effort and staff to run these events and staff are usually voulunteers.
If you want to see some improvmenents (and there's always room for improvement) I'd suggest you call WSnS and volunteer to help with the next event. I'm sure that they'd appreciate the help with coordination and logistics on the day. Just an extra hand in the pack up process makes a big difference!

And please turn up with a uniform and loudspeakers :-)

To be fair the noise from jetskis and jets were a bit of an issue that day. We can't really modify those issues as they come with the location. It wasn't anyones fault besides the jetskiiers that they decided to open up their throttles 10 meters away and ride round in circles 20 meters off the shore. However noisiness will hopefully be addressed by moving down to Ramsgate.

Also if it keeps raining it will be better to go down the bay a bit to where the water is cleaner. The only negative will be the choppy water if the wind picks up to any great strength.

The instruction was excellent and my wife got a lot out of it. Her windsurfing has improved a bit since that day.
