WindSlave, you do have your own peculier version of reality...............

Wind Slave says;

Spoken like a regretful poleshopkeeper who never took the plunge into kiting. ^^^

You never know.. it could be the thought of having you as a customer that holds me back.

Jez says "be greatful". lol.
I'm grateful I get solo sessions.

That's good.. as I said,"be greatful" & keep laughing, while you can.

By the way,
nice pimpfest on the pole-gear.

Great pimpfest... even the superpimp dangle gear was worth seeing.

Look forwards to next years.
Cheers.

Sorry slavewave, I guess I wasn't really concentrating......

...and yes, I know that you're a customer, I did actually mean to write 'regular customer'.

Must be jet lag from my pimpfest.
Jez

There is only one kiter out coz its flat and boring

That's Rickett's Point. It's a prime spot in ESE. You don't get that many kiters there because the beach is kind of narrow and there's a heap of reef downwind. It looks scarey and ESE is offshore everywhere else so people think it's not kitable.

They don't know that the wind wraps over the top of the headland and if you get your kite up into it you go into orbit.

It's such a great spot. Steep waves to the south and a shallow bar on the inside.

There are much better wave spots than Ricketts on the bay for other wind directions but you have to sail a bit to get to them.
