(inappropriate analogy really) but in answer to your question, No unless the car breaks in half because there was a manufacturing defect like where there was meant to be a weld in the chassis there in fact wasn't, then I guess you'd be questioning it.
FYI - in Starboard's 2014 iSonic promotional material they have actually admitted (indirectly) the wingers in previous models was a source of weakness and I quote
