How about you invent a really unique graphical symbol, and call it "the windsurfing spot formerly know as The Train" - along the same lines as "the recording artist fomerly known as Prince".
How about "The Fin Reaper" (instead of the grim reaper), in respect of all the underwater obstructions just wating to extract your fin from your board.
