Last set of Gaastra 22-28" adjustables were 30" found I was getting cramped tired arms ?they were too long

Swapped back to the dakine set 26" that were nearer 28" allows for straighter arms and u can relax more in the harness arms are fine again.

High boom and long harness lines - earlier planning and comfortable blasting and improved upwind performance - in my belief in my limited knowledge of sailing

sometimes I see piccies and think my boom is too high - but it just feels gooby any lower and loses plaining ability down low

I'm 5'8" and have np seat harness 26cm's, but my spacing between the straps is 30cm, which makes a difference to the length.

I'm 5'9" with a seat harness. 28 is about perfect for me. I accidently bought a 24cm pair because i couldn't read the size on my old one and it was a nightmare. Way less control, reaction time and I swear I catapulted twice as much.

Great to hear about other seat harness users, it seems that the waist harness is all the rave, but I'm all about comfort and seats works for me. My seat harness boardshort bulge is sure to scare the ladies.
