dale they used to have a catamaran, aqua bikes & paddle and windsurfing hire there on the northern end until about 25years ago, the lake was full until about nov last year and the surfers opened it up and it emptied to form a sand bank, its just starting to come back so let's hope for a bit of rain, ill keep you posted
Nah, that's not the way. Just 'borrow' a grader and drive it through there for a NE speed run, and for a southerly speed run.

Can you get onto the lake from the South? It looks like the road runs reasonable close to the shore. I didn't realise how big the lake was until I looked at it in Google maps.
