i think north and fanatic will sell some gear this year on looks alone

here's hoping that for jp its a repeat of 2008, where the gear might have looked questionable, but was great to ride

Did starboard do this just to say "Look, you can put green and yellow together and make it look (really) good?"

They should look to surfboard graphics. Nothing better than a sexy board. (can I say that?)

So who out of the folks doing the red thumbing have actually seen the JP's in the flesh?

They (JP/NP) are being very good at keeping it to themselves...Can't find any specs on the internet. But will put them up as soon as I find anything

Have read on a few other Windsurfing forums that the boards will mostly be the same sizes & measurements but with multi fin options.

@hc: I think not having a dealer here really means that they don't have much of a presence locally. Looking online thou seems like plenty of people sail them. Heck if you just looked at the gold coast, you'd think that JP/NP was the only windsurfing manufacturer in business still. p.s. the goya's do look sick, I've been saying for ages that I wanna get a goya eclipse as my next sail, but ended up buying a SWAT cause it was cheap.

@panda: who cares how good you are. Looking cool is much more important lol


Hopefully not everyone runs out and buys fanatic gear in 2011, thou i strongly suspect many will. Its no fun having gear if everyone else has it as well (keep buying JP please guys). Definately gonna keep the '10 skate, but might bin the JP twin for a fanatic quad... DAMN THEY LOOK HOT!

I thought when I saw the North Code wavesails wow pics dont do these justice, these look really good.
