its miserable. you can help me by posting some pics from some of your breaks in the west to beat this dry week. of course i dont want the name, location or something that would give it away. just good ol pics of some wa waves.....

I don't.

Like the rest of you I'm desperate for waves. I've only surfed once in the last three months due to a shoulder op. A couple of weeks ago I got a tiny wave at Rotto, hardly worth it but good to be back in the water. This summer has sucked, but at least I timed my op well. I really hope something comes in the near future, and I need to travel to a reef break soon. Much as I love beachies it's not the right time and they're rarely as reliable as a reef.

I need something like what synsies1000's been posting. This weekend there might be a few kneehigh closeouts along the metro beaches but there'll be 10,000 people. I don't know if I can stand it. And it only looks alright because there's a little spike, but that spike is in comparison to the current extreme flatness and is still not very promising. The spike needs to be bigger.

Agreed, I will be of those thousands, cant wait for that majic 3m swell with 14-15 sec peak periods with all day off shores. I know where Im going when that happens Kearnsy knows what Im talkin about!!!! [}:)]
