Geez, this is getting frustrating... how's the metro forecast for the next few days

...my fish's boardcover zip actually froze in place it's been that long since I rode it...

Legion is still surfing. Not as much as in winter, but enough. Forecast is awesome for me. Bring it on.

Plenty of waves on the beaches and reefs this morning, a bit lumpy with a very light wind but enough holding up to reward those who put the effort in.

Some good entertainment watching the abalone fishermen too.

^haha yeah there were some people getting into precarious areas of reef this morning, with a good size swell to keep 'em on their toes. Hope that swell holds out for another coupla days at least

I have been busy lately so no time for surfing. Been so long since a surf due to no swell; I would have given anything to be belted on some reef. Even just a day of being stuck on reef would have been a welcome change. Good to hear you guys are getting out there.

Ditto - it's been about 4 weeks. Just been trying to smash out some Uni work to get this bloody thing finished. About 95% done now - so won't be long until I get my weekends back... (just in time for the flat spell - and for the missus to remind me of all the jobs I have ignored for the past 12 months ).

I was a bit surprised by the surf, given the report. I guess the tide helped distort it some. Anyway ended up at a Secret spot that sounds like Twig? and it would have been a lot of fun, if i was still 13 and 4'10"

Once again the water was nice though

Am at the gold coast for work course (?!).
Was real nice this morning, clean, shoulder high, sunny, no wind, kind of the opposite to Perth for the last few weeks.
Pity tomorrow's forecast looks like rubbish.

Went out on the paddle board (slsa not sup) and a snorkel on the way to work. Talk about a low tide!

Went somewhere different today and it was awesome, great banks with long, long rides and no one else in sight.
