After talking with Lacey on the weekend I know how much this board means to him & it'd be a real shame not to do what we can to help him keep it, let's not be all talk fellas.

hey guys- update.

things are going good. some very light paddling. the cardio doctor said i can run, but every thing has to be at 75 to 80% of my max hr theses days

feeling stronger daily, more comfortable rolling around in the bed at night.

however still a fair amount away from working so i'm very thankful to those that have been generous enough to donate some much needy funds.

its been a honour to be accepted in the green room

Great news that you are on the mend LL ...... Will surf at 80% in the morning to honour you.....not because I am too hungover from my last night of holiday

surf has picked up this arvo with some nice 4ft sets rolling in every 15mins. Should be game on tom morning.
