I like "Single red hemeroid" but would imagine its not name that lends itself to postive brand recognition

Okay so i now get the idea. Yeah I'll jump in for $50. Obviously to WA may be dearer for freight so if other WA boys get in then it may not be so bad

Don't expect to much as far as video footage from me though

Maybe an idea is if the idea of posting the Go Pro is too much with the board (sketchy) then GO PRO could come up with some money for sponsorship, or maybe even do us a bulk discount buy price

That way we can use our own GO Pro and send or forward on footage to someone for editing

Just a thought.

Hey JB I think you find that Chrispy is already all over that aspect - stand by for more details.............as for the charity side of equation Disabled Surfers was suggested as an option - for those much less fortnutae than ourselves but who still need / want / desire the riding of a wave - a great cause.

Yep good idea On the charity Ted, maybe when the board reaches its used by date it could be donated to PNG surf club donate a board thing and the stoke of the board could continue into the unknown.

guessing be better if it's in a cover for travel purposes too, so maybe we tack that onto the cost.

And another vote for single red heameroid...

I am the rep for Contour in SA, I could probably get us a free Contour camera with mount and waterproof case, maybe we could put the contour logo on the board and I could sell it to my boss as a promo thing. We would then have to make an edit or two and put it up on the Contour Australia Page. The only condition would be I would have to get the camera back at the end.

I am getting the go ahead with the contour camera, just need them to ship it to me and then I will ship it up to QLD, I can give everyone the run down on the camera as it is really simple to use. It is better than go pro, more functionality, stronger, looks better and if you guys want I can make an edit or two at the end. I also am getting a few stickers sent to me as well to put on the board. If you guys have any questions about the camera just let me know. This should be a pretty funny little movie.

Mate can you post up some pics and info on your camera , to be honest I have never heard of them but they sound very interesting .
