Some blokes were on 12 foot boards in the comp today picking up anything form the bank way out and into the beach,Boofy's board collector mate was out catching everything,I just pulled Vanders board out of the cover,redline 10 x 24 x 3 1/2 gave it a clean up and going to ring him to see what's the go

Plenty of swell up here still, be cranking up the coast today....shame I'm back home.

Yeah, that was off merewether this morning.

Weekend was good Friday and Saturday morning were very average surf wise, nearly flat. But the swell kicked in after lunch Saturday and was good all arvo, that was the photo I put up, biggest sets were nudging 6... But was really only place breaking so was pretty crowded..

Sunday morning was a bit cleaner and a lot more crowded, 30 plus blokes at 7am so we went and hid somewhere else close by but far enough to avoid the crowds wasn't as big maybe 3 plus but was alright. Worst thing was no tv in our house, old ****ty TV and they changed to digital last week so we got home five minutes before the start of the footy, flicked the TV on and nothing. Took till just after half time for the reccy bus to get us... But that was as bad as the weekend got.

I have a few photos I'll put up later. Having trouble getting them off the camera

Same down here mate.... Same result to, wasn't going to even go out, started talking to an older gent who had just come in and he kinda said there was a few if you waited, so paddled out and got a bucket load of 2ft lefts occasional bigger one 2.

And now the SW has hit so hopefully a kick in swell for the weekend too....

You don't take photos, when it going off.... That's all I got, surf check was all off 10 seconds, the other boys were running back to get changed as we walked up so didnt really have time to take any... But just for you i took these ones after I came in.
