bop style training. race out the best you can through the surf and out to sea for 3 mins or so. twenty sec rest.


then catch any bumps back in, pick up a wave, ride that, then the inside bumps to the beach, 50 run x ten.


really should be outs and ins i suppose. its a clubbie term.

15 paddlers through the lineup out and then 15 or so paddlers catching any wave they can coming back in
