actually thats funny. jon from surf fx is trying to get me to go to their training up at the broadwater on tuesday mornings.

he said how many girls go to your training, oh about two maybe.

well we get about 12 he said

they add a new dimension to a session. yesterday was about 2ft with a slight chop on an empty beachie. I had a good workout. Paddling 10%, surfing 5%, getting caught inside for a ridiculously long period while floundering around with a paddle and a leggie stretching my right leg: 85%.

... will take the Carver today if the wind isn't too bad when the tide comes in a bit.

siiiiiiiiccccckkkkkk 2-3ft with a few rogue ones sliding through. still a bit unsettled...but i did not feel out off my depth today i do know one thing. after my housewarming party im def giving the cigs away and doing some cardio fitness straight up. fark that post even puffed me out oh it was def a shorty day where i was

Always good to watch the pros they make the average punter feel very average, I saw some footage of Noa Deane blowing up in his heat the other day, stuff like this..
