Went to see Cats v Dogs yesterday... It rained like Cats & Dogs in the 2nd & 3rd quarter... Lucky our seats are under cover... About half the people in the outer left early!

How 'bout those Cats! We're doing OK... We've got some very young players coming through, who look pretty good. Josh Caddy is damn good, and will only get better!
I'm happy we're pressing for a Top 4 spot, with only 6 or 7 players from from the 2007 Premiership Team... That's a great re-build on-the-run!

We've been up and about since about 2003... 12 great seasons of footy, and more to come!

What was the game like? I had intention to watch it but we had friends over and I ended up down the butcher buying chunk of rump - which took me a bit of time to carve up. Then it was off outside to fire up the charcoals and cook her Brazo style. Dam yum !! I briefly flicked it on at half time - saw the score and did not bother to watch the rest of it.

Hey - just watched a shortened replay. Its clear what went on Simondo - they forgot about tackling. What was going on? They like to average at least 100 if not 125 tackles a game - its their point of difference. By half time they had amassed a mere 26 or something. The game was gone because they forgot to contest the football when they should have. They got smashed.

Hats off to Hawthorn - after an incredible year of injury and illness with their coach. Luke Hodge can clearly stand amongst the Giants of the game now as can AC. As they say - 2 is a legacy and 3 is out of this world.
