The book is very detailed in the science and heavy reading.But the basics are you under eat during the day and pig out at night.Expecially carbs at night as when you sleep this is when growth hormones are realeased and carbs facilitate the release of GH.He advises eating small portions of proteins for brekkie and straight after heavy exercise sessions.But basically straving yourself during the day which makes your body go into survival mode and burn fat and help release all the stuff that builds lean muscle mass.Any way one of you guys read it that has a brain so you can explain it to me
