it's a very strong oz lineup and i'm sure they will make an impact, even more so if there is some waves- waves would be very nice for mr margrets. who could forget his paddle out in the greenline race last year

i'm tipping an unknown bolter from roar to be amongst the pointy end of the race on current local form

travis will be on a 404 this time, so a 1 2 finish 4 404 would b nice for 404 sups

troy peasey(secret agent) couldn't get his board over there and a 404 has been organized for him too. will they all be on the same boards- no idea,but i think it would be good to see though.

peasey always places well in races. last race- won the excel 12'6 class. troy somehow sneeks under the radar a bit, but he will be one to watch

Peter Dorries is going aswell and he will be on one of the new Lahui Kai boards that got sent in a full 20ft Container of Lahui Kai Boards to California.
Peter has been training hard with Travis and should be in the mix as well!!!

Casso is right.

Just landed in LA, my first time here.

Tommorrow I hope to look over the 4 Suplove 12'6" Stingray Stock Class Race Boards we have here for BOP.

This is easily the fastest 12.6 I have been on and I will be busting to see how it goes, with the worlds best.

Danny and Travis were in a class of there own at BOP Hawaii last time, if they are on form they will be hard to beat.

Good Luck to all the Aussies going over! I'm sure you will do the Australian SUP community proud.

Laceys Lane is there any reason why Travis is riding a 404 this time rather then a DC? Just thought he would have stayed with a board that he rides consistantly in events over here.

Stu that looks radical , it should attract some attention over there nice square tail for the waves.Is that an American flag on the tail ? all the best mate and all the other Aussie crew.

I instantly thought it looked a lot like the Storm Series Penetrator 12'6. Not accusing either of copying but it has always amazed me how people on opposite sides of the world can have similar ideas. It has happened countless times in shortboard design.

Race starts at 10.00am Saturday (LA time) and we're 17 hours ahead in Brisbane so around 3.00am Sunday morning you should be watching.
