Tortoise .. first things first.
Very important after a hard day's
mid winter comp to go through recovery.
This is a very strict regime to which I
subject all of my patients.
First a quiet spa to relax and warm up
to core body temp, whilst taking in fluids
and vital electrolytes.
Next is the presentation dinner, taking
in vital SUPstanance, and addition
fluids, whilst viewing endless loops of
pics and videos of the day's action.
