Man, I love Tassie! My time down there has been limited to the classic bushwalks, but eventually I want to get the yacht and boards down. I slso bought my daughter a toy Tassie devil back after my Overland trail trip. Now she is obsessed with me taking her to where the devils live. How cool is that!

20 min paddle from Dodges

Mate - got your mssg late sorry. Ended up having another grovel at the river - great fun even in the micro conditions.

Another magnificient solo 2hr session this morning at 2MTs secret spot. This is probably the nicest and most unique spot I have ever surfed - not because of the waves but just as the ultimate sup experience, due to the very relaxing and stunning 20min paddle from the jetty across the channel and down along the beach to the "spot". Every time I catch a little peeler into the beach I look back out to the take off area and then look as far as I can see to the east and west and what do I see ?? Not a bloody soul - nobody as far as the eye can see - I really do pinch myself to see if its all real
