Oh BTW I ordered the trophies yesterday but I need Mattys surname for the 2nd place one !!! (hehehe)

Sounds like your keen to take home the trophy from the Carlton River International if you were putting in some practice in those conditions today,no.1 may need to take a leaf out of your book billboard.

Spencer, the chopper is fueled. Just waiting to hear from the sherpard about the sheep in the paddock. Just hope that heavey PSH doesn't weigh the chopper down.

got a quick look at the prototype 2MT Bamboo Shaft Paddle the other morning, looking good.2MT will be doing some more tank testing at the Lewisham factory before releasing the final version, looks like you will have to get onto one of these if you want to have any chance in comp.

It is with considerable pleasure that the Board of Directors of 2MT announce the appointment of Billboard as the Companies Official Team Test Pilot and Vice President (Paddle Development).

Already BB has in his possession the first ALL CANE 2MT PRO CONTEST TURBULENCE FREE model.
Developed in and designed for cold water comps in the Carlton River Mouth area and close environs.

Pictures to follow as soon as World Patent matters are attended to.

I must admit I'm really excited about trying the new all bamboo paddle - it is just so natural and basic and totally beautiful in its simplicity.
If Lacey is monitoring this thread - mate, the blade and shaft flex are exactly what you love in a paddle.

Full report coming soon.

Oh - should also have first reviews from riverider and myself on our new heated shaft full carbon paddle in coming weeks (trials are going ok but gotta find a cheaper/lighter power source than batteries - getting there slowly)

i think we need to go back to 2MT on this as he does control the southern hemispheres supply of poppy seed that is sold as a cheap source of fuel for factories, if he can design a system for the factories he should have no problem comming up with something for us to power these heated paddles.

Just cycle urine from wetsuit

through the hollow paddle shaft and back to wettie

Small amount of tubing connecting

and T bar could be a rubber squeese-ball circulation pump.

Same as the squeese pump on an outboard motor fuel line.
