Nah, I shot that and I didn't get any of the final because I was judging.

how did the fanatics surf, anyone surf the 10' . jb they look really nice those new boards and the waves were epic for a great comp good photos. thanks for sharing that

Just because they are super light (6kg), super strong and surf like a shotboard on steroids doesn't mean you can go telling everyone about them

It's one of Dan Cleary's customs.

Dan used to shape for Chilli and has made a few SUPs now. I got on this little 8'8" just before the Roar and haven't looked back.

Hey Matt

Here's a couple of shots, this was his first one, which he has given to me to use.

It is amazingly light about 6.5kg with full deck grip and fins yet still doesn't have any dents after 10 months!

hey mate, surfed the 9'0 in the heat, 9'6 in the semi and the 9'0 in the final. boards were great. Good combination of stability and rail to rail smoothness.
They were super fun boards to surf on.....
