It's very sad watching it all on live telly.. and to think we still have water restrictions here in Melbourne and I can't even wash my car with a hose.

It's enough to make you want to buy a houseboat.

Hi all.

I am new to the forum, tho have been researching on here in recent weeks. Australia really is a mess right now! Floods in WA's Mid coast / Canarvon region. Devastating Fire 30 mins from me at Lake Clifton destroying homes and peoples most treasured items and pets and so many 100's of farm animals, maybe many more. That wasn't an accident in nature, that was arson! We have just experienced the driest Winter and Spring on record. Now Qld and northern eastern NSW are being hit by the devastating, tragic and deadly floods!!! The next 24 hours for these poor people will see the worst... The loss thus far is too hard to imagine and the battle is still building.

I was planing to buy a New SUP Board to start me off in this great past time. I think there is a bigger cause in need of some dollars. So I am changing track a little and am sending some $$$ to where its needed and am going to look for a good second hand board. The research into a board continues, but my thoughts are with all these people, good Aussies who are being hit so hard... Best wishes to them all and cheers to you folk, you will see me about on here.
